Getting back into the swing of things

In a field full of roses she is a wildflower
How are you?
How have you been doing? I mean, how have you really been doing? I have not been taking many pictures lately. It has been hard to find the inspiration and oomph to get out there and do it. This has been a fairly cold and wet Spring, on top of everything else going on. One day a couple of weeks ago I decided to get my daughter and try to capture some spring memories with her. I didn't take my son because I had to give him a quarantine haircut, but that is a story for another day.

I felt Rusty
It felt like I fumbled around a lot.
So it was good to get this fumbly session out of the way while were still under the stay at home due to this pandemic. I love to shoot during the golden hour, which is the hour before the sunsets. The light is so beautiful and flattering, it makes for the best sessions.

I'm so ready to get back out there
I've missed this
It's been a long couple of months. I have been working at my full-time job and working on some editing skills to continue to make your sessions into art that your family will hopefully treasure for generations. Things may look different this summer, but I think there will still be lots of ways to capture fun memories. My schedule is filling up for the summer, feel free to send me a message if you want to set something up. I can't wait to see you again! <3
